A meditation practitioner for over twenty years, Eileen is a qualified Mindfulness
Meditation teacher having trained with “Breathworks™”, an organisation that
teaches how to use Mindfulness Meditation techniques to find relief from stress, pain and illness.
During her career Eileen has worked with a number of mental health organisations and those providing homeless services. She has also worked in various hospital and community settings. She believes that the way forward in the management of our health issues is in the combination of mainstream medicine and complimentary therapeutic techniques.
